Hello, and thanks for perusing my website. Based in the small town of Red Wing, Minnesota along the Mississippi River, my work spans the spectrum from wedding photography to editorial and fine art imagery. After spending a lot of time skipping from college to college and major to major, I finally gave in to my passion for photography and have been working professionally in the field for the past 18 years (eventually graduating with a photo degree from the Colorado Institute of Art). Traveling the U.S. cross-country for three months at the age of 19—hitch-hiking and train hopping all the way—has left me continually restless as an adult. I jump at any opportunity to see new places, and value the experiences I gain along the way. I specialize in black and white imagery and have been published locally and nationally in magazines and newspapers such as The World and I, The Sun, The Los Angeles Times, and Minnesota Monthly.
